"VA Hotbed" / 18" x 24" / Watercolors
					This painting features some of the best baseball players in recent years, to come out of the state of Virginia -- David Wright, Ryan Zimmerman, B.J. Upton, and Justin Upton.
					As you can see, I incorporated a "map"-esque background, to tie in the "Virginia Hotbed" theme with the players featured in the painting.  It's pretty dark in some of the photos, but most of the area of the painting featuring Justin and B.J. Upton is completed -- just need to add some details to their jerseys/uniforms.  The same can be said for the David Wright portion of the painting as well.
					At left, you can see the final couple of photos I took of the painting before sending it off for the ziMS Foundation Golf Tournament in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  I was told that the painting did very well, so, I was definitely glad to help such a worthy cause.
