This is a painting I did for my Dad, as a surprise Father's Day gift. As my Dad is a lifetime Cleveland Indians fan, I wanted to paint something related to The Tribe. So, I decided to go for a Jacob's Field painting. It was probably my most detailed painting to-date, so it took quite a while to finish. But, it was, as baseball paintings always are for me, a fun painting to work on. So, there it is - The Jake.
