Artist's Notes:
This painting features Oklahoma Sooner great, and NFL superstar running back, Adrian Peterson.
I've uploaded a couple photos of the progress I've made thus far.
This artwork is much different than most of my artwork, as it's not a painting. It's actually a mixed media piece, featuring many different media. So far, it contains, pencil, colored pencil and ink, and it's quite possible I'll incorporate another medium or two before it's finished.
As you can see in Photo 5, I've made some steady progress on this drawing. I forgot to point out that I've chosen to do all Adrian's uniform in colored pencil, but have drawn his face, arms, etc. in graphite pencil.
