This was the third and final painting in the "Chicago Collection", and my personal favorite. I really enjoyed the colors I used, and feel like I really captured the many colors of the Buckingham Fountain. The hardest part, was that I actually combined elements of 2 pictures and basically "spliced" them together to create this painting. And, in case you were wondering, yes, this is the fountain from the opening of the tv show, "Married with Children". Definitely one of the favorite paintings I've done thus far. Well, that's it for the "Chicago Collection" -- hope Andy and Katie enjoy their paintings, and hope everyone enjoyed hearing about them! |
